I brought up Bo's early birthday presents today. =D Last time seeing him for 10+ days. =/ This is already torturous.

Umm but yea I'M GOING TO DENMARK WITH 2 OF MY BEST FRIENDS IN LESS THAN 2 DAYSSS!!! Gahhhh yesterday I was like bouncing off the walls with excitement, playing our Denmark playlist !!!

Oh and PS my Teens Arts picture made it to states! This picture is apparently good luck. =] Congrats also to Kelly Morris and Ana Santos!

And I broke 225,000 views on my stream today. Woohoo!

Ending my A*Teens week with my favorite song from the Pop Til You Drop album, Closer to Perfection. I know you folks haven't enjoyed this week as much as I have, but it's my 365 and if I want to devote a week to the A*Teens, I can. :)

Today's Random Fact:
These bleachers are at the football field in Springfield Park in Mauldin. The field was open and the yardlines were visible, so after taking pics, I used my phone's stopwatch to time myself as I ran the 40-yard dash. I did it in 6.83 seconds. :P

(since cloning is such a cliche thing to do on Flickr, I'm adding this to today's TRP, That is so cliche!)

Odd thing about the A*Teens' "Teen Spirit" album is that it makes me think of the summer. (I guess it helps in the fact that I bought the CD and put it in my iPod to listen to during the summer) So I think it's kinda cool that for my picture for "Rockin'", the grass is (mostly) green and it was warm enough today to wear shorts. It almost looks like it was taken during a summer day.

These rocks are along the Reedy River in Falls park. (That's not the Reedy Falls behind me, it's just a cascade past the falls)

Day 4 of my A*Teens week and I'm moving on to their 2nd album, "Teen Spirit". For their 2nd album, they started to sing original songs instead of ABBA remakes like in the 1st album. The new songs are still catchy and well sung.

Today's FGR involves black T-shirts, so I figured since I haven't worn my Wake Forest shirt yet in this 365, this would be a good spot for it. Also kinda fitting too, since Wake is in the NCAA basketball tournament, which starts today. They're the #9 seed in the East region and they play #8 Texas in the opening round.

For those who care, I filled out a bracket for fun and my Final Four is Georgetown vs. Syracuse and Kentucky vs. Villanova, with Syracuse vs. Kentucky in the championship game and I'm going out on a limb and saying that Syracuse will win it this year.

This totally wasn't what I wanted but it'll have to do. I went to Valley, Alabama and couldn't find a bench while there to use for today, so I was forced to use one at Georgia's welcome center on the way home. (If this picture looks way dark, it's because it was editted on my netbook and I couldn't see it as clearly)

Anyway, to continue on with my month of music pics, I've decided to do a week of A*Teens pics.

Yup. A*Teens.

Their first album, "The ABBA Generation", was all modernized remakes of ABBA tunes, including "S.O.S." The ABBA version is good itself and the A*Teens' version is very much on par.

So for the pic for the song, I had to put in S.O.S. in morse code and include Eva.

By the way, today is Eva's birthday. What a coincidence. ;)

I just saw Ghost. =[ So sad but SO good. I miss Patrick Swayze. I seriously adore this movie. So so so touching. Watch. And if you haven't already seen the movie, DO IT.

For these last 2 days of my A*Teens week, I'm gonna do songs from their 3rd and final album, "Pop Til You Drop". (cheesy title, I know, but don't judge it lol)

Of course, I just had to include the lead single from off that album, Floorfiller, but I wasn't quite sure as to what sort of picture to do for it. So I did kind of a cop-out and took a picture of me laying on the floor.

How do you like what I did with my apartment? ;)

Today's TRP theme is the 70s. I collect magazines from my birth month (May '74) and one of the magazines I have is Better Homes & Gardens. This is what a better home looked like in 1974. =) I scanned a full-page ad for a floor tile company and added myself. (Note the 'fro, too lol)

And hey...! All this green is fitting with today being the first day of Spring in the northern hemisphere. :)

This week (Saturday through Friday), I was the one who got to pick the open challenge songs!!! Yay! So I picked out 10 songs that I liked but didn't really have any picture ideas for any of them, so just like everyone else in the group, I'm just brainstorming. :-/
